At Party Queen Jewellery, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure you receive only the best.
Returns & Replacements
We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is sold.
A replacement or refund is only applicable in case of a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the defect.
Once verified, we will provide a replacement of the same product (subject to availability). If not available, a refund will be initiated.
Non-eligible Cases
Change of mind, dislike of design, or size issues.
Damage caused due to mishandling, exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or water after delivery.
Normal wear and tear of jewellery.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Party Queen Jewellery reserves the right to make the final decision on replacements/refunds.
