Returns & Replacements

• We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is sold.

• A replacement or refund is only applicable in case of a manufacturing defect.

• To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the defect.

• Once verified, we will provide a replacement of the same product (subject to availability). If not available, a refund will be initiated.

Non-eligible Cases

• Change of mind, dislike of design, or size issues.

• Damage caused due to mishandling, exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or water after delivery.

• Normal wear and tear of jewellery.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

• Party Queen Jewellery reserves the right to make the final decision on replacements/refunds.
